1. Wedding Design
One of the things that will stand out most about your wedding is the decor. We work with you and your full-service decorator/rental company to come up with a one-of-a-kind design for your wedding. We plan every detail with intention so that you can maximize the impact of your budget, instead of just pouring money into a design that you've already seen at someone else's wedding. We aim to plan experiences that provide a feeling that cannot be communicated in words and will be a highlight or even the most cherished memory of your wedding day.
2. Helpful Planning Tools
There are so many steps to planning a wedding, and it can all be very overwhelming. We will provide you with a clear roadmap with the process of planning your wedding into simple steps, breaking down the order of how to plan all the different parts, and creating a clear timeline/checklist for you. We will also provide guidelines for planning out your wedding budget to help you figure out what is reasonable and comfortable for you! You will receive access to a Google Drive folder personalized for you with helpful templates and a place to keep all of your vendor contracts and forms. That way everything stays organized and you can plan your wedding with a clear mind, not worrying about if you forgot anything!
3. Expert Advice + Support
We know how important it is for couples to have support along the way while planning. While this package does not provide you with a full-service planner, you will still have access to us to ask questions throughout the entire planning process. We will provide you with helpful advice, like vendor recommendations and lists of questions to ask before you hire them, so it can feel like we are right there with you! This package also includes a handful of planning consultations where we can help you work through your budget, attend a vendor meeting, help narrow down your options, or whatever else you may need!

Here's what happens when you book:
Consultation
We have a meeting where we can get to know all about you and what you are looking for.
Onboarding
We’ll send you a contract and invoice then we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out. After that, we will have our first meeting to get me up to speed on everything you’ve done so far. Once we have all the information, we will create a plan for our next steps!
Design + Planning
We will create a detailed design plan and book vendors who will execute your vision. Our team will also provide recommendations for all the remaining vendors that you haven’t booked yet.
Execution
This is where the “Wedding Management” package comes into play! Your wedding coordinator will help you sort out all of the final details, create your wedding day timeline, and re-connect with your vendors to ensure everything is in place for your wedding day!

1. We’ve already booked most of our vendors, can we still hire you?
Yes! Since this package offers more of a supportive approach, couples often choose this package when they are in the midst of wedding planning and starting to feel overwhelmed with the details, or feel like they are not satisfied with their design plan and want to switch things up! That being said, the earlier you hire us, the more value we can provide!
2. We already hired a decorator, do we still need this package?
We love working with full-service decorators to plan a unique design plan for you! Our team focuses on creating a cohesive design that goes beyond the decor elements that your decorator will be working on. Our goal is to create a breathtaking experience for you and your guests, we do that by working with a team of talented and dedicated vendors including a full-service decorator, stationery designer, baker, lighting expert, and more!
3. Can we add on additional planning meetings?
Yes! For an additional cost, you can add on as many planning meetings as you need. You don’t have to do it from the start of booking this package, you can wait and see if you’ll need them! However, we have found that this amount of meetings is perfect with the additional level of support and resources we offer along the way!
