We will provide you with a clear roadmap with the process of planning your wedding into simple steps, breaking down the order of how to plan all the different parts, and creating a clear timeline/checklist for you. We will help you figure out what your overall budget should look like and how to allocate your funds based on your priorities and what feels comfortable for you! Here's what happens when you book:
Consultation
We have a meeting where we can get to know all about you and what you are looking for.
Onboarding
We’ll send you a contract and invoice then we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out. After that, we will have our first meeting to get me up to speed on everything you’ve done so far. Once we have all the information, we will create a plan for our next steps!
Planning
We will create a detailed budget breakdown, design, and experience plan. Then we book vendors who will perfectly execute your vision.
Execution
This is where the “Wedding Management” package comes into play! Your wedding coordinator will help you sort out all of the final details, create your wedding day timeline, and re-connect with your vendors to ensure everything is in place for your wedding day!

Our wedding was very intimate. We chose it that way. Those who were meant to be there to share the experience with us were there. I had the perfect vision for my wedding dress when I chose it December 2019 from Bailando Boutique. When I picked up my dream dress in August 2019, I realized I was going to require HELP because I did not assign a Maid of Honour to assist with duties.
Enter Noha Terabain from Roselite Event Planning.
I met her in August 2019, our wedding was fast approaching in October. My BIGGEST REGRET is not meeting Noha to engage her creativity and ideas for our wedding sooner (Noha knows how much I love SPARKLES), however I am grateful because she is zealous, committed and passionate.
Noha utilized amazing skills in leadership, effective communication and I put faith in her creativity to assist with vendors and planning for our intimate wedding, even details I did not previously consider or think of regarding day-of coordination!
Our intimate wedding was everything it was intended to be. Noha was an essential contribution to our special day especially with her calm, collective demeanor (you won't realize how important that is until your nerves and adrenaline get going!). FAQs
1. What is the difference between full planning and collaborative planning?
The full planning package provides much more planning support. With this package, we will attend all your vendor meetings and be the main point of contact for all of your vendors. With the collaborative planning package, you are responsible for booking all of the non-design vendors on your own and handling the communication/logistics with them until the wedding management package kicks in.
2. Can you help us select a venue?
Yes! If you have not selected a venue yet, we can provide you with some great options, arrange and attend venue viewings, and help you choose one that would be the best fit for you!
3. Our parents are going to be involved in planning, how does that work with a wedding planner?
We love helping our couples plan the perfect wedding, even if their parents will be involved in the planning process. First, we take the time to understand everyone’s priorities and help everyone get on the same page. Then we assist you in creating a plan for decision-making processes. For us, weddings are all about family…so it’s perfectly fine if your mom has us on speed dial. In fact, we love it! The more help we can be to you and your loved ones, the better!
