1. A Professional Wedding Coordinator

Your wedding coordinator will be your trusted confidant in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Once she gets up to speed on everything you've done so far, she will connect with all of your vendors and keep a strong flow of communication. She will provide lists, helpful tips, and be present throughout your entire wedding day to manage all the events throughout the day and ensure everything goes as planned!

 

2. Personal Bridal Stylist

Experience the ultimate bridal experience with your very own bridal stylist. She will take care of all of the important details that you don't have time to worry about. This service begins before your wedding day, where your bridal stylist will set up your gown on our beautiful white velvet mannequin and take care of any necessary touch-up. She will make sure you have everything you need to have the perfect getting-ready photos.

Your bridal stylist will be by your side during the most important parts of your day. Doing whatever it takes to make sure that you are always photo-ready, including:

-Helping you get into your gown, and assisting with body taping if needed

-Fluffing out your gown during your entrances

-Staging your gown and veil during your photo sessions

- Assist with managing your gown throughout the day (specifically helpful when you're walking around outside, or getting in and out of your vehicle)

-Bustle your gown for the reception

-Remedy any fashion emergencies with a special bridal kit

 

3. Emergency Kit + Detailed Timelines

Getting everyone on the same page is one of the many ways we ensure everything comes together seamlessly. Our detailed timelines include all of the information your vendors and family will need. We create customized versions for everyone so that they only have the information that is applicable to them.

Our wedding day emergency kit is a complete set of everything you may need throughout the day. We keep hundreds of items on hand so you don't have to. From oil blotting sheets and Advil to duct tape and batteries - we've got you covered.

Here's what happens when you book a consultation:

 

Step 1.

We have a meeting where I can get to know all about you and what you are looking for.

Step 2.

Once we decide this is a good fit for you, I’ll send you a contract & invoice for 50%. Once that’s done, we will have our first meeting to get up to speed on all of the details.

Step 3.

We’ll get to work with connecting with your vendors, bringing all the details together + creating the wedding day timelines.

Step 4.

We have another meeting to discuss the final details and make sure you’re ready for the big day. Then we execute the perfect wedding day!

It became clear when she gave us detailed summaries of our wedding ideas and vendors, as well as a schedule for our wedding day. 1. My venue has a coordinator, isn’t that enough?

Your venue coordinator works for the venue. They will ensure everything on their end runs smoothly, like set-up and take-down timings. However, we work directly for you! We will ensure everything is up to your standards and expectations, and we have additional service features that cater specifically to you (bridal styling, emergency kit, timelines, etc). Our service starts weeks before the day of your wedding to ensure that you are well taken care of!

2. When does this service begin?

4-6 weeks before your wedding day! Or more, depending on the amount of detail involved

3. Is there the option to add on planning consultation meetings?

Yes! Planning meetings can be booked anytime for 2 hours at $150 per session.

4. I’m looking for a day-of coordinator, do you offer that?

We call this service ‘Wedding Management” because it takes a lot more than just showing up on the day of your wedding to execute everything seamlessly!
